   • Location and size (if known) of the electrical panel, along with photographs and details like the manufacturer and specific characteristics of your panel.

The information you provide in this form is crucial for us to deliver an accurate quote. Particularly important is the distance from your electrical panel to the charger location, as this has the largest impact on the price. Please measure this distance carefully and provide as accurate a number as possible. 

Note: We do allow a variation in distance of 10 feet. When we do an initial walkthrough on installation day as long as you are within 10 feet you won’t be charged any additional distance. If the distance is significantly different than what you provide in this form, we’ll let you know the cost difference before starting any work. If you agree, we’ll adjust your final invoice and start the installation. If you don’t agree with the price, you won’t be charged for the visit.

Upon receiving your form, we will begin preparing your estimate. Typically, you’ll receive this within 2 business days depending on our current estimate volume and the complexity of your installation.

Once you have agreed to our estimate: an installation date will be scheduled. Typically this installation date is available within 2 weeks of your submission.

On the day of your installation we will conduct a site-walk. During this site-walk we will determine the route we will take from your electrical panel to your charger location. We’ll also determine if we will need to vary from the original installation estimate or notify you if any damage to drywall is necessary.

If the actual distances and conditions are consistent with your form information (within a 10-foot variance), the price on your estimate will be the price on your final invoice.
In cases where the distance is greater than indicated, or if obstacles require a change in the installation route, we will provide you with a revised quote before starting the work.

Should you decide not to proceed with the new quote, there will be no charge for the visit.
