Once we have received the permits we’ll reach out to schedule your installation! The majority of our projects take about 2 weeks to complete, this could change based on the number of chargers, the difficulty of the install, and whether or not a utility company needs to be involved.
During the installation our team will follow our own safety guidelines and any guidelines you require. Our team members our certified installers and will install your chargers according the local NEC electrical code and in accordance with manufactures specification. Once our install is complete, we’ll power on your station and pinpoint it to add it to charging maps.
Within 24 hours of completed installation you will receive instructions on how to activate your station, set pricing, restrict access. Typically this is done through the charger manufacturer and you’ll need to add information such as direct deposit to receive payment from the chargers. We’ll be here to help if you have any issues during this process.
